- Client-Initiated Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel a service, you must submit a written request to info@thebrandbull.com at least 5 business days before the project’s scheduled start date. Cancellation requests after the work has started may not be eligible for a full refund. - Company-Initiated Cancellations:
The Brand Bull reserves the right to cancel services due to non-payment, breach of terms, or unforeseen technical or operational reasons. In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed as applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- If the client cancels before any work has begun, a 100% refund (excluding transaction fees) will be issued.
- If the client cancels after partial work, a partial refund may be granted based on the completed portion of the project.
- No refunds will be issued:
- After full project delivery
- For digital marketing, branding, SEO, or consulting services where time/resources were already allocated
- For change-of-mind or non-usage of service
3. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the approval date.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration fees
- Third-party software or plugin purchases made on behalf of the client
- Completed ad campaigns or media buys
- Paid consultations or strategy sessions once conducted
